A 2,400 sq ft duplex with the interiors, modular kitchen and wardrobes delivered by the same team that built the shell.
The client had been quoted separately by a builder and an interior firm and did not want to arbitrate between them halfway through.
We took the whole scope. That mattered most at the joints: the kitchen services were set out before the slab was poured, so there are no surface conduits behind the units, and the wardrobe depths were fixed at the masonry stage rather than being fitted around finished walls.
Handed over on the committed date with a two-year structural warranty and a one-year warranty on the joinery.
